目前已经发展成为一个管理先进、技术领先、质量管理体系健全的铸件生产企业。2012年建立了基于ISO9001:2008标准的文件化质量管理体系，并2016年通过了ISO9001:2015换版产品认证审核，2014年取得了美国铁路协会AAR M-1003质量体系认证，并成功开发了10余种北美铁路车辆配件产品。2015年起逐步建立了安全管理体系和环境管理体系，并取得了ISO14001:2015环境管理体系认证证书。

According to the enterprise tenet of "Honest Management, Customer First and Win-Win Development", relying on the policy of regional advantages and industrial structure adjustment, SY has invested heavily to build a high-quality casting production base. The production equipment includes: water glass sand production line capable of outputting 10,000 tons of castings annually, including 8 water glass sand molding machines, 3 sand mixer and sand processing system; One 5-ton electric arc furnace, one 10-ton LF furnace, two 5-ton intermediate frequency furnaces, two cold-core box core shooters, one hot-core box core shooter, four heat treatment furnaces, three shot blasting machines; The testing equipment includes: direct reading spectrometer, well type integral flaw detector, tensile testing machine, impact testing machine, door type hardness tester, metallographic microscope, molding sand testing machine, digital display thermometer, ultrasonic flaw detector etc. The expansion project includes: an annual output of 2,700 tons resin sand production line; Annual output of 900 tons precision casting production line; After the completion of the expansion project, the company has an annual capacity of 13,600 tons of castings, which provides equipment and technical support for the production of high-standard castings.
